Reporting Bug

I have recently been reported I think 9 times for the same Harassment: Verbal Abuse. It pops up every time I log in and almost after every game. I have gone several games where I haven't said a single thing in chat and if I have it hasn't been anything bad or abuse like. I think its just spamming the report thing over and over again to my account and I'm worried it will affect my playing. I worry I will get banned from playing. Does anyone know what's going on? if it is actually a bug can the RIOT company please fix it in the next update. Thank you!
