[Client] Game thinks I'm typing indefinitly

When entering Game I am unable to use any hotkey that can be entered into chat e.g. Abilities bound to normal hotkeys (qwer, shift+qwer), items bound normally (1234), p (hotkey shop), s (stop),b (back). I am not sure what causes this bug, although I do have games where it doesn't take place I don't think I do anything differently in those games. I believe that it thinks i am in chat because i can still use hotkeys bound with ctrl+ and alt +. So far I have only been playing Shyv, J4, Sona, and Tristana, and it has happened on all of them at least once

EDIT: Forgot to mention, resting controls does not fix it, and leaving match and rejoining only sometimes fixes it.
