[GAMEPLAY] Lulu polymorph makes Neeko unplayable (literally)

This is my first bug report, sorry if I did anything wrong! : )

While ganking:

Neeko camouflaged as me (Orianna) and was polymorphed and e'd by Lulu during the polymorph.
When Lulu pressed E on Neeko, Neeko was left with 0 base mana and 393 base health.
Her walking animation was messed up, her icon on the minimap was a white box
She could not attack or use spells (other than summoners).

It's not a bug, it's a hard counter for neeko.

Apparently a broken mess is what Neeko becomes.

The devs have said before that Polymorph is one of those things that causes more bugs than nearly any other ability. Here we go again!

I think the funniest part is when you disconnected like that was gonna sovle anything. Everyon was able to see your character was bugged so it wasn't your side that was bugged. Disconnecting will only fix problems that only effect you.

Good ole polymorph - the single most low key op ability in the game. Love playing as Lulu for the polymorphous shenanigans
