[GAMEPLAY] Lulu polymorph makes Neeko unplayable (literally)

This is my first bug report, sorry if I did anything wrong! : )

While ganking:

Neeko camouflaged as me (Orianna) and was polymorphed and e'd by Lulu during the polymorph.
When Lulu pressed E on Neeko, Neeko was left with 0 base mana and 393 base health.
Her walking animation was messed up, her icon on the minimap was a white box
She could not attack or use spells (other than summoners).

You forgot SoloQ Shen. -No lane pressure -Can’t duel anyone -Can’t split push -No waveclear or damage without items -Easily countered by mages skirmishers adcs and juggernauts in lane while countering no one himself -Teammates never utilize W -Teammates die before Shen finishes channeling R because the shield is shit -Channel will always be interrupted of possible -Miss CS and lose a tower because of R -Ridiculous cooldowns despite having barely 10% CDR itemization -base Kit’s power budget is beyond bad because of an unreliable non offensive Ult with 3 minutes cool down -Cookie cutter build in every situation, itemization is bland and uninteresting because of useless mana -Doesn’t have a strong point or power spike in any stage of the game -3 abilities literally have no scaling-

I think the funniest part is when you disconnected like that was gonna sovle anything. Everyon was able to see your character was bugged so it wasn't your side that was bugged. Disconnecting will only fix problems that only effect you.

I was playing Orianna, but I agree with you nonetheless. Worth a shot though.
