[CRASH] Mordekaiser's ult changes screen color to red and crashes the game after a minute.

While I was watching a replay, I pressed backspace to go back a few seconds and the color of my screen had a red shade added to it. I was curious how the game looks like while this is in effect and after a minute or two I heard the sound of a windows error message and the game froze. I am not sure but I think that all the characters were standing and twitching in a point-second animation. while I was changing alt-tabbing I saw no error message. I assume it had something to do with mordekaiser's ult because he was in the game.
