[CLIENT] Cant see Game Cool-Down Timer

After failing to select a champion I received a time penalty. I have no problem with the ban itself, but when I try to see the timer by starting another match I don't get the notification that usually comes up and I don't know the length of the penalty or when I'll be able to play again.

-this isn't a problem that needs to be addressed very quickly because you can just kinda guess when the timer will end and when to start searching again. But the error is tedious to deal with. Just putting it out there <3 [slayer-pantheon-thumbs] (EDIT) - I can still view the timer when I try to start a 3v3s. I think the bug is only related to the new matchmaking.
