I can purchase Luden's Echo in Ranked 3v3, however, I was not able to purchase Needlessly Large Rod separately, only the item straight up. Is Luden's Echo supposed to be on TT?

I noticed the same thing in a Co-op vs AI. Bump and hope that a RIOT tech sees this.
