Evelynn Charm bug

I just played with Lissandra, and the enemy team had an Evelynn. When she marked me with her charm (didn't hit me with the actual cc), I tried to cast my E, then my ult then my stopwatch, none of which worked, so I just had top accept my death. I wasn't under any crowd-control effect, I was only marked by Evelynn. Then it happened once again, before I upgraded my ultimate to level 2. She marked me, I wanted to cast ultimate on her, and of course nothing happened, I couldn't cast any of my abilities and died again. It didn't happen to other teammates, only to me and I had no chance to test it out with different champions, but it seems like Evelynn's mark disables Lissandra's abilities before she hits a certain level.
