Unable to save masteries
I am unable to save mastery pages. It just says "Unexpected Platform Error". I have tried scanning the files but that didn't fix it.

Best thing to do (only thing to do) is wait for another few patches and hope that the current bugs get fixed even though they're listed in the PBEs.
This is happening to me as well. Incredibly frustrating. Essentially making the game unplayable until it's fixed.
