[GAMEPLAY] Huge FPS difference

I never had any FPS drops in-game,but since last patch I'm having like FPS drops every five seconds and it's rly unplayable.I mean I tried to do everything to stop this but it doesn't work.I tried to fix my system,turned graphic on very low,I even tried to overclock but it doesn't work,FPS is still dropping and it's really getting annoying.Last day my FPS dropped like every 20 seconds,now it drops every 5 seconds.It's just getting worse and worse.Usually I could have like 80-100 fps on medium with this GPU,CPU and RAM. Nvidia 9500GT 512mb ddr3 AMD Athlon (tm) x2 250 3.00ghz 2GB ddr3 RAM But now I can't have like normal FPS even on lowest settings. Pls if anyone know how to solve this problem can you pls just comment and try to help me :/
