Gameplay Bug. Clicking on Minions or Champions doesn't make your Champion attack them.

I was playing a game of SR last night as Urgot. I realized during laning phase that my E was not on quick-cast, had turned it off the previous game. After I went into setting and turned quick-cast back on for my E when I clicked on Minions or Enemies, I no longer attacked them. It treated it as a move to that spot not attack that minions or champion command. I had to restart my client to be able to target minions or enemies with auto attacks again.
