Lucian Ult bug

Just played a game with Lucian after 5.23 nerfs. Everything seems fine except his ult. I can only kill the first two minions with his ult now instead of an entire wave. This is definitely right his ult does 0 dmg to minions.

they removed it, his ult doesn't deal bonus damage to minions anymore

That is not true. it has to be a bug. Rank 1, a fucking melee minion takes EVERY HIT. One melee minion? No, that is a bug

Riot plz take a look at this as i love lucian and right now this doesnt do him justice. same sort of situation as minions taking like 7 shots before dying.
