I'm suppose to have 3 chest by now and I got an S rank on annie and yet all my friends got the chest except for the GUY(ME) who earned it. Yo riot. Wheres my box at? I know we have a lot of champions but if this happens frequently, then the amount of boxes loss is too great to look away. SO RIOT give me my box baby. I'm sure many of us had this problem. It needs to be solved like some detective case type of poop.
Were you playing Annie in one of the games where you did receive a chest? If so, that probably why. You can only earn one chest per champion per season, so if you were playing Annie in one of the games you earned a chest, that means that you have already earned a chest for playing Annie and cannot get another chest while playing Annie until next season.
ya same problem here. Don't worry the excellent, diligent, efficient riot support staff may or may not comment to help (most likely not). Good think they are completely unreachable other than automated responses from sending a ticket that you will have to wait a week for.
