[GAMEPLAY] Nocturne Visual UI Bug

Just a small little glitch, but whenever Nocturne attacks and reduces the cooldown of his passive, the little flash indicating the reduction occurs on his q icon instead. I haven't noticed the reduction itself going to the q, but the visual glitch occurs consistently.
