[CLIENT] Unable to chose new champ when levelling up postgame, thus can't use client whatsoever!

Im levelling a new account on Oceana as I have moved to Australia, upon hitting level 10 or 11 you can pick either sona, thresh or nami. however when you click a champion nothing happens and therefore you are stuck on this page of the client unable to do anything. massively obstructive to new players or people levelling a new account as you cannot do anything once you log on. recommend you fix asap!
