League Lag, stuttering, and disconnections

League, I've been playing the game for the past few years. Never have I ever had this problem of constantly getting disconnected from games, Black screen champ selections, and the fps/ms constantly going up and down. I get leaver busters because your client is unstable and every patch there's always some kind of issues. It's 2019 Riot should have some sort of method to determine if players are actually leaving the game or if they're having technical issues. I've followed the support pages, youtube, google, and any other method to help fix the constant lag and stutters. You have no solution to the problem yet you still hand out leaverbusters like candy. Please fix the issues asap. I will not return to the game until i get some notifications from you addressing this issue. Also if a player get's disconnected and returns to the game, you should be able to detect that a player didn't intentionally leave. Fix your client, and your leaverbuster method because it's unreasonable. I think there should be some sort of Low priority queue removal for players who have technical issues. It's disgusting to wait 20 minutes for a game because of something the players can't help, only riot can fix the issues.
