Crash no reconecct button?

Was playing veigar support games going okay, game then freezes, it then crashes and no reconnect button, tried reclogging, nothing, tried on a diff pc, nothing, wouldn't let me reconnect. Sucks ass seeing as this keeps happening, gonna record have to start constantly recording because theres no telling when it'll happen. >->
