[CLIENT] Custom Game Bots Selection Not Working Properly

In a custom game, trying to select a different bot champ other than the one randomly generated for you doesn't change THAT specific champ. Instead it always changes the bottom-most one. (Sorry if this sounds complicated but I assure you it isn't.)

1. Create a custom game (no one invited)
2. Add bots to either side
3. Try changing any of the bots to a different champion
4. You can see that the champ you've picked goes to the bottom-most slot ONLY.

This happens to any custom game with bots.
