[Gameplay] Stormraider's surge doesn't seem to proc a lot of the time when i play kennen

This issue is 50% true and 50% speculation as I don't look to see stormraiders cd icon when i am playing a game. I play Kennen very frequently and it seems as though stormraiders does not go off when i do the required dmg. The only time it seems for sure to go off is when i rapidly attack my enemy in quick 3 hit combos, by rapid i mean use all three abilities under a second, if I don't use the abilities as quickly back to back (keep in mind i still land my attacks within the designated 2.5 seconds for stormraiders, it often will not activate. There is nothing more to this bug than put simply it does not seem to always go off when it should. on a side note i played a game where i attacked an enemy two times and then an ally hit the target after i turned to run and for some reason my ally attacking them caused stormraiders to prc. I did not have anything that did dot dmg like red at the time (sry I know this post is kinda rushed I hope i got my point across and I hope i am not wasting anyone's time.)
