[Gameplay] Blitzcrank-When he uses his Q (Grab) his hand is invisable

When I am playing as Oh her Arcade skin vs blitzcrank stock skin, I am unable to see blitzcrank hand when he launches his Q. I've experienced this when he uses this on other champs and all over the map. All the damage is correctly calculated (iHope) and everything is normal, however with his hand invisible, its increasingly difficult to dodge it. I'm not sure if its just me but I'm reporting it anyway.

1)Be a champ vs. blitz

2. Blitz launches his Q at any given time

3. Cannot see hand
