If you buy an item in Aram and want to undo that purchases you are unable to if somebody steps on a shroom or if your poison dot is still going on while you make that purchases. It basically counts teemo as still in combat after dying.
Well yeah, it's to stop you from buying something like a 
while you're dead, and then undoing it AFTER someone hits your mushroom and takes all that extra damage the hat provides.
That's terrible. The damage should be calculated with the items before time of death not with the items bought while dead. Hope they fix because it's really frustrating making a purchase and can't undo if you change your mind or make a mistake.
