Queue bug (Client bug)

So basically i entered queue and in first few seconds match accept pop-up and i clicked accept it was delaying and then it says player declined it. I tried again and same thing happened like 4-6 times in a row within a 6 seconds, then it said u declined many matches... it will result in penalty.. then after next queue i finally got into champion select and it kicked me out. I tried again a lot times and i got in champion select and played game. After that game i was about to start new one and same thing happened.. and then i got 5 minut ban, i tried again and even if i accepted and waited** it banned me again for 15 minutes??** can you please fix this, i'm getting bans for nothing and spending my time on this...
