[Client] Enough IP to buy an In-game Summoner Name Change but it's still highlighted red

So basically whenever I try to buy an in-game summoner name change with IP, I can't. The IP amount is highlighted red, making it not possible to buy. I have restarted the client multiple times, and have uninstalled / reinstalled the game twice already + ran as admin every time. It say's when I click on the Summoner Name Change that I have 13,043 IP but I actually have 15K IP now (after playing some more games) and it's not adding anything to the 13,043 IP. Nothing seems to work. I really want to change my name please before it's taken.

Here are some screenshots of what happens. (In order) 1): http://i.imgur.com/QId4g52.png (I open store and go to account. Now as you can see it says I have 14,436 IP yet the Summoner Name Change IP requirement is highlighted red.(unable to purchase)

(Now I click on the Summoner Name Change and it says I have 13,043 IP (as explained above), but I really have 14,183 IP.)

3): http://i.imgur.com/15u2jbU.png (I put in the name that I wanted then clicked "check name" (It was available). I then proceeded to click "Unlock" and then the the error popped up. Saying "Unable to complete purchase. Please try logging out of the game client and re-starting it before attempting another purchase. If)

Is anyone else having this problem?

Tried the "fix" by attempting to buy a tier 1 rune, however my balance shows correctly and it still won't let me purchase a name change.

I have the same problem as well, after every game I go to purchase a name just to see if it works and it still tells me i have 13,233 when i now have over 15k. so It's not a visual bug. its gotta be a connection from our accounts to the store.

I bought a tier 1 rune (15 ip) and my balance refreshed, so now i can buy a rename.

Holy shit I thought I was the only one. Yeah this is total bullshit. I sent in a ticket as well but still no word from Riot. Even though many people are having this problem, it seems like they're refusing to acknowledge it.

This is happening to me too.. I've submitted a ticket and was told this.

S†!ck here! I will be your Player Support of the day. I checked your account and it appears that you are experiencing a visual bug where in you have 14431 IP. From our end it appears that you don't have enough IP to process the name change. I'm afraid you will need to earn more IP to be able to change your summoner name.

If you have other concerns, please let me know.

I have the exact same problem it says that I am missing 588.... so the number seems random. I am able to buy champions with the amount I have just not a name change

Fix by making an IP purchase in Store (spend 5 IP on a tier 1 rune) and the balance will refresh, should be fine after that as it just worked for me.

I have the same problem!! I got so hyped for my name change and just my luck.... nothing seems to be working. I might even try to uninstall and reinstall league or something, man. This is so frustrating. RIOT Y U NO GIVE A FUCK ABOUT US??

I have the same exact problem. I have 14014 ip but in the store when I'm about to purchase it, it says I have 13,807. I played for more than 5 hours today just to farm the ip too. So hype until that happened. Teemo pls

The whole buy a thing to refresh inst the problem, our IP arnt outdated that mostly only happens with RP on occasion. Our stores think we need more IP, maybe if you had exactly enough

I found a fix, only catch you have to buy RP. I bought a $10.00 riot card, it was fixed once I checked it.

I had that today I tried to buy tier 1 rune and it didnt help me. I submitted a request to Riot Support. Hope they will do something.

I've been having this issue for 2 days now and the most frustrating part is EVERYTHING else in the store shows the right amount of IP, its only the god damn name change. Are you serious right now riot? This is the most expensive IP purchase pretty much and you can't fix it, or at least comment on a thread saying what to do?

Same problem. I've tried restarting client, earning more IP, buying something with IP on the store while still having enough left over for name change, none of it is working. The only thing I haven't tried is purchasing RP, but I would have done that in the first place if I wanted a name change quickly.[zombie-brand-mindblown]

I am having this same problem. Says I am -147 Ip when I am at 14,100 Ip. How long has this been an issue for others?
