Windowed, Resolution Off, Mouse Cursor Tracking Off, Unable To Reconnect. All after Win 10 Update

Had a huge problem after doing a Windows 10 update. If it could go wrong it went wrong. Everything from Bugsplat, to resolution problems, to forced windowed mode on game start up, to mouse tracking problems. Reconnection problems. EVERYTHING. The link provided show real quick how to turn off the Xbox Record function on Windows 10. The overlay seems to crash LoL. After turning this function off I haven't had a problem.
