KaiSa bug when level up

When the champion(KaiSa) Level up, It increase the attack damage and attack speed. As the same time the Level up can upgrade champion ability and the ability can upgrade too. However, at the same time, I only can pick one to upgrade, then another one will stuck it ( cannot press to upgrade the ability anymore, I have to leave the game and reconnect)

use ctrl+"q","w",or "e" to upgrade instead of re-logging ive had to deal with this a lot :D gl summoner.
