stuck inside a game that ended already..

We finished up the game nicely, and then proceeded to skip back to find another game, we recived an error, so we both restarted the client, and when we loged back in and it says that we have to reconnect, but we dodnt mannage to start anew game, and we finished the last one.. Summoner Names: "sysmer" and his is "nKm hannamontana". Is there any fix for it?
