Cannot match make on Summoner's Rift Team Builder

I'm currently having a problem with my League where whenever I try to enter team builder it endlessly counts down not finding a game. I cannot cancel the match making either unless I close League all together. But if I try to play Summoner's Rift without team builder it works fine. It also works on any other map. I've tried using the built in repair and it doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this?
