provisional unranked twice?

i was in unranked and played 10 games and ended up in silver 3. BUT! after i played my last game forsilver 2 and won.... it wen't back to provisional and being unranked! I tought it was just a bug or something and keept playing. After another 10 games it says i landed in bronze 3, but it dosn't show up what rank im in on my profile. this is really annoying and i don't know what rank i'm playing or what will happen once i reach bronze 2. Are anyone else having these kind of problems? am using the new launcher can that be it? [slayer-jinx-unamused]
