[GAMEPLAY] Xerath's Arcanopulse

In an ARAM today, I was unable to fully charge Xerath's Q. It would charge about 1/2-3/4 of the way and then automatically release. I tried a few times to make sure I was keeping the hotkey fully depressed. With no change, I switched to a different hotkey, this didn't change anything. So I exited the game and client, relogged back in, and then it worked. Not sure if this issue has been reported before or if its just a weird one time glitch, but just wanted to let y'all know.
