The store bugged out on me.

So I just got around to buying +8 hp seals a little earlier today and the store bugged out on me. Basically what happened was, I bought the full set of 9. As everyone knows, all runes except quints cap at 9 because there is only 9 slots. So when i bought the 9 runes, the message popped up and said thank you for your purchase or what ever it says, but my IP didn't decrease and the runes weren't available. I logged out and logged back in to see if that fixed it because I figured it might've been lagging or something but when I relogged, it still said i had all my IP and the runes weren't there. So I said screw it, I'll just buy them again, maybe something went wrong and it actually didn't process the purchase. When I went to buy the runes again it didn't let me increase the amount to buy. It was stuck at 1 so i just accepted that. Immediately after I did that, ALL the IP that was spent for the 9 I bought before AND the IP for the extra 10th one I bought went away. Now when I check my runes I actually have 10 of the +8hp seals.

To be completely honest, I don't even care about the IP being gone at all. The IP isn't my concern. The issue is the fact that now even when I have all 9 +8hp seals in a rune page, there is still 1 extra sitting on the side. I know it's not really that serious of an issue, but I have strange ODC like issues and the fact that there's 10 of them rubs me the wrong way.

I'm not entirely sure if this is the correct place to put this thread or anything like that, but I didn't know where else I could post about something like this and hopefully have someone at RIOT see this. Thanks in advance for the help. :)
