riven bug or just a cancel?

invisiblecat11 votesIt is a cancel If you flash while you are in the middle of your third Q it cancels said Q This is to make it so people have time to react to the Riven flashing onto your team, so she has to flash Q instead of Q flash Otherwise it would be unfair to get knocked as soon as she flashes on you
