Invisible log in window

Yestarday the launcher worked fine but today it's not showing anymore. The place where it should be cannot be clicked so the window is there just not visible(when i right click in the middle of the screen and then on the side and i hit refresh).

I tried: -reinstalling -deleting "lol_launcher", "lol_patcher", "releasemanifest", "S_OK" -repairing Nothing changed

My laptop: i3-2370M Nvidia 610M 4gb DDR3 Windows 10 Pro 64bit
