I reached Level 50 and unpon opening the special Lv. 50 capsule , i received the 2014 snowdown dragon slayer poro Icon and it was automatically added to my selection of icons; however my new icon has not appeared as an available icon in my selection pool. This must be a bug and i was hoping i could get some help in resolving this issue
MoiMori1 votesclose the client and reopen it and it should appear, I had it happen to me with various icons and emotes before and that has always solved it for me. :)
iKiteNoobsDaily1 votesUnfortunately, this did not fix the issue... This originally occurred about a week ago so i've re-opened the client many times since then!
MoiMori1 votesI would try contacting the support team then.
iKiteNoobsDaily1 votesShould i repost this in the Help & Support forum?
MoiMori1 votesThat I'm not as sure of, but I would say go ahead and submit a help ticket https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
