Cant Log In

Hello! Can I ask whats happend to LoL? I cant log in in my acc. I load the start window.. write my acc and pass and start loading and nothing happend... after 15 min I check whats happend and what I see is still loading log in. After 10 more minutes I get Error "An error has ocurred while logging in.Please try again later"
