my fiend has played 5 ranked games and get's her friends to Elo bust her up to gold how cane i report her??

It's boost, not bust. However, if it's a duo queue, that's perfectly legal and a benefit of having breasts. However, if it's really questionable to you, you can go to the RIOT support page and report her that way.

I just want to say i know this person and yes she ELO boosting by getting another player to play on her profile. She is not playing herself so it's technicly cheating
