[CLIENT] Two updates in 5 minutes???

So today at around 9:30 AM (UTC +02:00) I start the client and it started to update. After it finished, i started to play a game. When the game loads I see that the ping is around 400. That isn't normal for my PC (I make around 50). Then I decided to restart my PC. And now the problem starts. When I started the client again, It started to update again. And thanks to that I'm now banned for 5 games.

I'm sorry but i don't have a video or photo of the bug.
