Xin's bug

New Xin's W passive: Third attack critical strike has a lower critical strike damage than the normal critical strike damage by design. However, when I tried the 100% critical chance build on Xin, his third basic attack still used the mechanism of his W critical strike damage instead of normal critical strike damage, which resulted in a lower damage. Besides, Xin cannot trigger the effect of Mastery: Warlord's Bloodlust when he performed a critical strike, whether it is a third basic attack or a normal critical strike.
