pref-champ selection bug

Earlier today I went into a ranked game.

• I join lobby
• I pick my preferred/pre chosen champ
• Picks Rengar
• shows BAN button along with a timer on the screen BEFORE preselects are over.
• Not in banning phase yet.
• Preselection counts down to 0
• I'm kicked and put on 30 minute Leavebuster
• first time it happened I got 5 minutes
• second time 30 minutes I don't care how long it takes to fix it, just take me off this unjustified Leavebuster cool down. It's ridiculous that stuff like this wasn't found in PBE along with my masteries showing names of other people's masteries. I'm not playing League of Legends till I'm taken off this Leavebuster cool down because of a bug/glitch
