Why tf is time slowing down?

I was in a ranked game, in which I lost. During the game, everything slowed down. My movement speed, and auto attacks. Literally everything in the game slowed down. This wasn't an internet issue, because my ping was fine the whole game. The minions were slowed, but teleported a bit forward every once in a while. when I noticed this bug, aurelion sol passives were flashing in random places on my screen. The aurelion sol passive issue only lasted for a while, but my game was slowed the entire game. Fix your game rito. The jungler on my team noticed this bug near the end of the game. everyone else in the game was fine.
