I am asking Riot to send me an account recovery email.

So I am pretty sure someone hacked my account on PBE. However, no matter what I do I am not receiving the recovery email for my account. It is really irritating because it is my account and I can't log in or do anything. I have always thought pretty well of Riot but if I can't recover my pbe account I will be quite sad.
