The Game Is Crashing

I've been playing co-op for some time now (since I'm a new user) and sometimes the game crashes when I play. I can't rejoin the game for about 15 minutes and when i rejoin I'm level one while my teammates are level 14. Other times I can't even rejoin and the game puts me in the low priority queue for 10 minutes. Can you guys please not put people on low priority queue if the game crashed? Maybe it was just the champions I was using on the games it crashed?
