So, I just got a new programmable gaming mouse, and went to launch league after setting up the keys, and i get the box popup saying that it is unable to connect to the authentication service. The servers are working.
Help?
That's pretty weird. Try running the game as administrator. If that doesn't work try sending a support ticket. They should be able to troubleshoot your problem.
Unlikely the mouse is the cause (that just makes utterly no sense), it could be an unrelated incident. What mouse and software, though?
As mentioned below, run the game as administrator, after rebooting your computer and router to ensure it is not just some local network confusion like a bad DNS cache or too many connections on the router.
If it persists, try again with the old mouse after closing the software for the new mouse.
