Werid Option Switches

I don't know if anyone else gets this. But every once in a while when I die all of my settings are changed, most notably everything is turned to quick-cast (I like Rumble so that works out GREAT), and attack move is always on after that. This is really annoying for 2 reasons, the only fix is to restart my client completely witch could take minutes, or I can deal with it and feed. The first time this occurred was a month or 2 ago, I was playing Sion in a bot round (to farm First Win of the Day), Around 20 minutes in I died and respawned went to the fighting, and Qed, Nothing happened, I tried to ult. Nothing, I wasn't able to Q and Ult for the rest of the game, as well as the aforementioned problems.

It also doesn't matter what map I'm on. This happens about 1 in 30 games. Im on a Mac. Please help.
