Small freeze upon leveling ultimate

Seen a couple of posts with no answer on this, upon leveling ult I have a small freeze of 1-2seconds, only happens when leveling ult for the first time, easily reproducible against bots.

Here is what I tried so far: Uninstalling / Re-installing 2 times on hdd and ssd Removing all graphic drivers and caches and reinstalling them Other accounts resetting all the settings in game

I have the same issue, on every game, when I leveling my ult for the first time I get a freeze of 1 sec. Even with a lvl 0 ult (like karma) it freezes when I use the ultimate for the first time.
