Veigar "Q" is canceled if he silenced or stun

I was trying veigar in bots game and noticed that his Q get cancel(EDIT: forgot to said it goes in CD) when he get silenced/stun at the beginning of the cast. Its happen 3 time so far. Sorry for bad english.
