not receiving hextech rewards on end of games

before anything, I have never been banned for anything so i know that isn't the reason, however since 2 days ago, I have not received any hextech rewards. 6 games so far and not a single thing. is there a weekly limit on rewards, or am i just having some sort of server issue?
