[GAMEPLAY] Kalista Rend Reset Issues

There are two issues I know about with Kalista's Rend, both which may not be a bug? I have about 1k games on her on a few accounts.

The first possibly non-bug issue is with her Q and E interacting, if you are Qing or the Q lands after you rend, it will double rend as if it were an auto-attack stack but rend will go on CD even if you killed another target, possibly intended but the auto-attack interaction is different, it does not go on CD in that case.

The second is basically the same idea but with hurricane. You can see it clearly in the video I linked, a second rend triggers due to the hurricane passive right after my initial rend, but unlike the second rend caused by auto attacks reaching the target after the initial rend, this one also doesn't allow rend to go on CD after killing multiple targets.

Bug or working as intended? I'd just like to know.
