Partly Visual broken

I was going to make a link to show the broken visuales but when I start to record the visual become fixed when i stop recording they break again, I would like to mention it dosent do it to any other games on my laptop and a add on I done a full repair on league muiltplytimes and uninstall and reinstal league. It dosent affect the actual game more the hudd for the ablitlies , timer pratical anything overlapping the actual game. Please reply asap, thanks for your help.
