RP Cards Not Working

I had gotten 2 RP Cards on my birthday. One is worth $25 and the other is worth $10. I had logged on to redeem both of them and my friends invited me to a game. While in the queue, I had tried to redeem the cards but they did not work as an error message popped up. I tried the other card and it also said an error. I then tried the 1st card again and it said that the card had already been redeemed. There is no total of $35 worth of RP in my account whatsoever. I only have 17 RP which was a leftover from long ago. Please fix this. My account is MastaSheep but the name was changed to Asakiyori in the Oceania server.
