Garen bug with jax/shen

When the initial q of garen is blocked by Shen w or jax e, the q doesn’t go away as it was supposed to. Afterwards, garen can use e and since the q carried forward from the previous interaction, the next q instantly refreshes the e cooldown. Plz fix this, it is very confusing to play against.
