That's because you don't understand that FlexQ and SoloQ are two totally different queues.
The Orianna is Grandmaster in SoloQ, but their FlexQ rank is fresh, they are Gold 3 in FlexQ, so that explains why they got matched with the other players in the screenshot. which are all either unranked or between silver 1 and gold 1 in FlexQ.
Stop making shitposts like these. Learn to understand the difference between SoloQ and FlexQ.
